L&T Insurance Agency Inc. was the Creation of Michelle Lebel and her family. With over twenty-five years in the Insurance Industry, she has built an Agency based on family values.
Working previously for Liberty Mutual as an Insurance Agent she learned the ropes in all factors of Property, Casualty and Life Insurance for personal markets. After years in the Corporate environment she yearned to carve a new office environment for both clients and staff. Her ideal atmosphere includes the basic desire to care for clients business needs as well as making them part of the Agency family.
In 2007, Michelle opened L&T Insurance Agency Inc. with her nieces, Danielle and Katie. The business thrived and began to hire more staff. Michelle now has one full time staff, Victoria, and one part-time staff, Alexandra, who run the everyday operations at the office including sales and customer care. Alexandra still works at the office part-time.
